Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start, or on the day, are not refundable, and the same applies if you do not show up at the meeting point. Bookings on this website are paid in full at the time of booking — there is no deposit. Cancellations must be sent to us in writing, by e-mail or WhatsApp. If you booked through GetYourGuide, Viator or TripAdvisor, cancel on that platform instead. Yes, subject to availability, and free of charge if you ask more than 24 hours before the tour starts. Requests made less than 24 hours before are treated as a cancellation followed by a new booking.
