- Children under 9 years old are not allowed to climb the tower. However, they can participate in all other parts of the tour.
- The activity is not recommended for pregnant women
- The tour is not private, but shared.
- If the chosen time is not available, you will be transferred to another time on the same day. These changes do not depend on us. Therefore, when booking you are aware of this possible change, we will not accept complaints later, or requests for refunds. Example: If you choose the 10:30 am time slot and the Duomo ticket office closes at that time, you will be transferred to the first available time slot at 3:30 pm.
