- To get to this location, you can take Métro Line 1 or 7 to "Palais Royal Musée du Louvre."
- Please arrive on time as late arrivals are considered a no-show.
- The meeting point is not located at the Louvre Museum (see your voucher for exact address of meeting point)
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time
- Bags larger than 55cm x 35cm x 20cm are not permitted inside the museum
- This tour is not private
- If the time you choose is not available, you will be transferred to another time on the same day. These changes do not depend on us. Therefore by booking you are aware of this possible change and therefore we warn you so as not to have complaints later, or requests for refunds, which will not be taken into consideration. Example: If you choose the 9:00 time slot and is not available you will be moved to the first available slot, 11:00 or 13:00 or 15:00 . Thank you.

- "Skip the Line" means that instead of waiting in the normal long queue, the customer enters a fast, priority queue, together with the other customers who have chosen this option
- Only the visit to the Mona Lisa is guided and lasts approximately 30 minutes. After that, you are free to explore the Louvre Museum on your own for as long as you like.
