Our Team

JLali Travel is a small team working across Rio de Janeiro and Rome, with local consultants for Italy and Portugal. We are deliberately small: it means the person who takes your booking is the person who follows it.

How the team is organised

Leadership. A CEO in Brazil and a Director of Tourism who also runs the finances of our European operation. A General Manager keeps the two sides working as one company.

Operations in Europe. An Operations Manager based in Europe coordinates the local partners who run our tours in Italy, Spain, England, the Netherlands, Greece and France — confirming times, meeting points, guides and vehicles for each departure.

Destination consultants. Dedicated consultants for Italy and Portugal, who know those itineraries in detail and help you choose between them.

Departures. A departures consultant handles the last 48 hours before your tour: the reconfirmation, the meeting point, the guide’s contact, and the phone that answers on the day.

Sales. A commercial lead builds multi-day itineraries when you want more than one tour, and prices them as a whole.

After-sales. One person is responsible for everything that comes after the tour: changes, refunds, invoices, complaints and feedback.

Marketing. A marketing lead looks after the website, the tour pages and our listings on GetYourGuide and Viator.

What that means for you

You are not writing to a shared inbox that nobody owns. Every booking has a named person on our side — you just do not need to memorise the org chart to reach them.
